Jennifer Little, an Oakland, California based photographer, is the recipient of the first annual Dotphotozine Award for Excellence in Photography. Ms. Little won the $1000 prize for her photography project on the Owens Lake in Central California. A portfolio of her work will appear in the next issue of Dotphotozine, to be released in early September, 2014.
